Dr. Anthony J. Guerra, Chairman, is the author of My College Advisor's college admissions curriculum and the inventor of the My College Advisor college selection system. He developed MCA into a premier college admissions consulting business. Prior to starting MCA, Dr. Guerra served in American higher education for over 20 years. Tony earned his Doctorate from Harvard in 1986.

Gustavo Larramendi, CEO, is a former Managing Director and COO of Fixed-Income at Paine Webber, where he also served on the firm's operating committee and as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer of asset management, CAO of Capital Markets, and held responsibility for fixed-income e-Commerce initiatives. Gustavo earned an MBA from St. John’s University in 1982.

Dr. Thomas Selover, Head of Product Development, has worked extensively on the My College Advisor program, content and online software. Prior to joining MCA in 2006, he had more than 12 years university teaching and administration experience in the US, Canada, China, and Korea. Thomas earned his Doctorate from Harvard 1n 1994.

Dan Leyden, Board Member, is a senior financial professional with demonstrated business expertise and innovative leadership. Dan currently is the CFO and CAO for Golub Capital, a private equity firm and was CFO and Managing Director of HFHG LLC, Executive VP of UBS Investment Bank, and Senior VP of Paine Webber. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Syracuse University.
